As we mentioned, the PSV and PSV2 Condos were purposefully placed in a vibrant location by its developers. With the community set in Mississauga&rsquo;s Downtown Core, residents can reach tons of exciting destinations on foot.The YMCA, the Central Library, the Art Gallery of Mississauga, and the Living Arts Centre, for example, are all just a short walk away from 4011 Brickstone and 510 Curran Pl. By walking just a little farther, residents will find themselves at a Cineplex Cinemas, Playdium Amusement Centre, Whole Foods Market, or the Square One Shopping Centre.

With homes ranging from around 550 to 1,700 square feet and containing anywhere from one bedroom to three bedrooms plus a den, Amacon designed the PSV &amp; PSV II Condos to be as diverse as possible. And while Union 31 designed all of the interiors, there&rsquo;s still some variation from unit to unit in terms of style and finish. Those planning to commute into downtown Toronto can ride the 21 GO Bus, which transports riders from City Centre Drive and Mercer Street to Union Station in about one hour. With the drive taking around the same time during rush hour, many residents prefer to sit back, relax, and get some reading done while they travel.

The staff is very friendly and somehow management has managed to keep the residents quite happy for as long I've lived here. Sad to be leaving a great building.

This building could be great but the fire alarms go off at least 10 times a month for over 30 minutes each time. The elevators are unreliable but the security team is friendly

I’ve been renting here for about a year. The building is quiet, elevators are fast and the rooftop terrace is perfect in summer. No major complaints.

Living at PSV has been mostly great. The location near Square One is super convenient and my unit has a really functional layout. Amenities are well maintained and there’s a nice sense of community in the building.

Underground visitor parking is a nightmare. Also had issues with elevators being down more than once. That said, the unit itself is decent and the area is improving. Mixed feelings overall

I bought here pre-con and have zero regrets. Close to everything - Celebration Square, the MiWay, restaurants, even Sheridan College. Management is responsive and the lobby still looks brand new!

Nice mix of residents here - families, young couples, students. Elevators work well and the amenities are always clean. Would definitely recommend if you're looking around Square One.

The suite I rent is modern and bright, but the heating system is sort of inconsistent. Also I feel security can be a bit overbearing at times. It’s a good building, just has a few quirks.

Great spot for young professionals. You can walk to everything and there’s a really nice urban feel without being downtown Toronto. My 1+den has been perfect for WFH.
