The Grand Residences at Parkside Village Condos / Reviews

Bought here a few years ago and my unit has stayed rented consistently. Great long-term hold in one of Mississauga’s most walkable areas.

I want to start with the good beacuse the location is wonderful next to the YMCA and public library, plus the mall is only minutes away. Unfortunately the building itself has issues that need to be dealt with. at least one of the elevators are always down, usually more, and the noise issues come from everywhere, like fire alarms, neighbours, and Confederation Parkway. I hope management gets better, this place has a lot of potential.

This building has a lot going for it - solid amenities, friendly concierge staff and a lively community feel. The elevators can be a bit slow at times, but that’s pretty typical for larger towers. Overall it’s been a good place to live.

I’ve lived here for over two years and it still feels like a great choice. The units are spacious, especially compared to newer builds, and the location is unbeatable - right next to Square One and Celebration Square. The amenities are also well kept and rarely overcrowded.
