About 50 Mississauga Valley Boulevard50 Mississauga Valley Condos

Built back in 1976, the 50 Mississauga Valley Condos is a far cry from the shiny glass towers being built today. Rather, the pair of towers at 20 Mississauga Valley Boulevard and 50 Mississauga Valley Boulevard features a traditional, red brick façade.

The 18-storey towers contain a combined 352 units, and yet as intimate as this community may be, the developers behind this condominium ensured there were plenty of amenities for residents to enjoy. The 50 Mississauga Valley Condos boasts a gym, sauna, and indoor swimming pool, as well as an outdoor tennis court.

    The Suites

The homes at 20 and 50 Mississauga Valley Boulevard range considerably in size, with the smallest starting at around 850 square feet and the largest spanning approximately 1,500. Condo seekers can expect to find two bedroom, three bedroom, and three bedroom plus den homes, making this building suitable for those with children.

While many of the suites at 20 Mississauga Valley and 50 Mississauga Valley have received upgrades over the last four decades, a handful of structural details are consistent throughout the building. Every home contains large, bright windows, and separate kitchens and private outdoor spaces are commonplace at the 50 Mississauga Valley Condos.

    The Neighbourhood

Although it sits kitty-corner to the city’s downtown core, the Mississauga Valley comprises a more peaceful, residential pocket of the city. The curving roads are predominantly home to single-family homes, townhouses, and high rises, with commercial businesses situated along major arterial roads like Dundas and Hurontario.

Green spaces such as Mississauga Valley Park and the Garden of the Valley are within close reach of 20 and 50 Mississauga Valley Boulevard, as are sizeable grocery stores like Metro, the Valleys Supermarket, and Whole Foods Market.

    Transportation

Travelling to and from 20 Mississauga Valley and 50 Mississauga Valley is easy, thanks to the condo’s central location. The City Centre Transit Terminal takes just 12 minutes to reach by bus, where residents can connect onto various MiWay and Zum buses. Those who plan to commute into downtown Toronto or neighbouring cities will also love having the Cooksville GO Station so close at hand. Last but not least, drivers living in the building can head north in order to reach the 403 or the 401, while a quick drive south will land residents at an on-ramp for the QEW.
