Moved in last summer after getting priced out of newer builds nearby. It’s been reliable so far. A few quirky things with the plumbing, but management handled it fast. Surprisingly roomy suite and great sun in the mornings. Nothing fancy, just a stable, decent building that doesn’t try too hard.

Viewed a unit last week! Loved the layout, hated the carpet. Common areas feel a bit tired, but the bones are solid. Not a “wow” building, but you can tell it’s been lived in, not flipped over and over.

Big rooms, older finishes but still solid. I like that it doesn’t try to be trendy. Just needed something quiet and easy, got exactly that.

I’ve owned here for a few years and while the units are decent size, what I really appreciate is the peace and quiet. Not flashy, but consistent. You get older construction that’s solid and my neighbours have mostly been longtime owners like me. Elevators can be slow during busy hours and the hallways could use a style refresh, but overall it's dependable building.

My unit’s been occupied steadily since I bought it! Strong rental demand in the area. Reasonable maintenance fees, functional amenities and mature tenants. I do wish the board communicated a bit more transparently with owners, especially about upcoming projects. That said, I’ve had reliable renters and minimal drama. Building staff keep it running smoothly and the location’s a plus.. tenants love how easy it is to get around from here.

There’s something oddly comforting about King Gardens. It’s not shiny or new, but it’s dependable. I’ve lived here almost 10 years and seen minimal turnover on my floor. The building is managed with a steady hand! Nothing ever happens quickly, but it gets done. I wish the pool area got a refresh and the lobby could be less beige, but otherwise I’m happy here. It’s the kind of building that prioritizes stability over style.

I was surprised-it’s not much to look at from the outside, but inside the units are spacious. The building’s got an oldschool feel, but it works.

The unit felt big enough for our family of three and the school nearby has been great. We don’t use the pool much, but the laundry machines on every floor are a lifesaver. The neighbours are kind and we’ve felt welcome since day one. Sometimes that’s what matters more.
