    About 3515 Kariya DriveEve Condos

    Constructed back in 2009, the Eve Condos at 3515 Kariya Drive has not one, but two sister buildings: Eden Park and the Elle Condos. The Eve Condos was the second to be built, and contains 276 homes spread out over 32 floors.

    Inside the tinted glass façade sits a bright, double-storey lobby that’s staffed by a concierge. Other indoor amenities include a swimming pool and sauna, a party room, a theatre, and two guest suites, while residents can also enjoy spending warm days on the building’s outdoor terrace or cooking up a feast on the communal barbecues.

    The Suites

    The building is well-suited to families as much as it is to single professionals, with suites ranging in size from 500 to 1,300 square feet and containing anywhere from one bedroom to three bedrooms plus a den.

    The glass façade at 3515 Kariya serves a dual purpose: not only does it look good to passersby, but it also means homes contain floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows. As a result the homes in the building are especially bright, and boast some pretty impressive views of the city.

    The Neighbourhood

    Located just south of Mississauga’s downtown core, the Fairview neighbourhood is a good alternative for those in search of something a little quieter. The Eve Condos is surrounded by plenty of schools — and even more parks. For example, Kariya Park is just down the street from 3515 Kariya, and a great place for both couples and families alike. Built to honour the relationship between Mississauga and its Japanese sister city, Kariya, visitors immediately feel as though they’ve been transported to Japan — especially in the spring when the cherry trees are in bloom.

    When residents feel like shopping or eating out, they can take a short walk over to the City Centre. Here they’ll find the Square One Shopping Centre and countless restaurants, as well as attractions like Celebration Square, Mississauga City Hall, the Living Arts Centre, and the Art Gallery of Mississauga.

    Transportation

    While taking the bus up to Square One won’t save residents much time (due to the walk being so short already), those heading to destinations throughout the city can use the 3 or the 8 MiWay buses in order to reach the City Centre Transit Terminal. Once here, residents can switch onto other MiWay routes, as well as GO or Zum buses. As for drivers living at 3515 Kariya, Hurontario offers a connection onto both the 403 to the north and the QEW to the south.
