Just west of the building are green spaces like Havenbrook park, Villaways Park, and Moatfield Farm Park. Residents can stroll along the Betty Sutherland Trail or work on their backhand at the Henry Farm Tennis Club, while those who are serious about golf can purchase a membership at the Donalda Club, just a short drive south from 123 Parkway Forest.

    Residents hoping to engage in some retail therapy are in luck, as the CF Fairview Mall is just across the street from VIA123. Shopping sprees can also be followed by dinner and a movie — without having to leave the mall.     Transportation

    As previously mentioned, drivers living at 123 Parkway Forest have access to not one, but two major highways. Those heading toward the downtown core can hop onto the Don Valley Parkway, while the 401 is convenient for anyone with destinations to the east or the west.

    Residents without cars of their own can still get around the area — and the city for that matter — with ease. Don Mills Station on the Sheppard subway line takes just 5 minutes to reach by foot, and once there residents can ride four stops west in order to connect onto the Yonge line.
