Located at 12 York Street and 14 York Street, this property was completed in 2016 by Lanterra Developments, adding 1343 Toronto condos for sale to the City Centre neighbourhood; though there are far fewer listed now than when initially completed.

Simple studio units start at around 300 square feet. But for those in need of a little more space, larger suites can span up to 1,400 square feet with three bedrooms plus a den.

Surprisingly, only half of the units at The Ice Condos contain private balconies. In fact, this was a design choice by Peter Clewes. It allows the exterior to appear as if it’s coiling around itself. While Clewes sacrificed the number of balconies in favour of aesthetics, this decision seems to have paid off, considering how fast the buildings sold out.
