Living at 159 has been a great experience. The units are sleek and modern with integrated appliances and stylish granite countertops. The building's Cabbagetown location offers a relaxed atmosphere with less traffic, yet still close to downtown. The only downside is the ongoing construction in the area, which can be a bit noisy during work hours

During my tour I was impressed by the corner one bedroom units filled with windows and natural light. The building's design is elegant and the amenities here add to its appeal. The surrounding neighbourhood seems vibrant and convenient too!

I lived here for a year before relocating for work. The building itself is impressive with excellent facilities and a friendly concierge team. My only gripe was the occasional noise from nearby construction, but that's expected in a developing area I suppose.

The community is so welcoming, and the building is pet-friendly which was a major wow factor for me. The integrated appliances and modern finishes in the units make daily living comfortable and stylish. I also appreciate the nearby parks for walks with my dog

The units are well designed and the location is convenient for commuting. The ongoing construction in the area can be disruptive during the day. Additionally, visitor parking is limited which can be inconvenient for guests.

As an investor, I've found 159SW to be a solid property. The demand for rentals is steady, thanks to its proximity to downtown and the nearby universities. The parking situation really needs to be improved though, there are limited spaces available.

It's been fantastic. The amenities are best of the condos in the area in my opinion. The management is responsive and genuinely cares about the residents.

Visited a friend who lives here and was very impressed. The lobby is welcoming and the rooftop patio offers stunning city views. The building's proximity to downtown makes it an ideal place to live for young professionals.

I love my suite and its beautiful view. The builder definitely delivered and customer service has been friendly and helpful. A bit of construction noise, but that’s expected with new builds.

Great building with well-designed units. Construction feels solid and the location is convenient. Eastern views could improve due to nearby older buildings, but overall an excellent place to live!

159 Wellesley Street East is a real find in the heart of Cabbagetown, one of Toronto’s most charming and quieter downtown areas. Unlike the usual city craziness, this spot feels more relaxed with less traffic, yet you’re still close to everything. The building itself is solid, built by Alterra, a company known for quality. And with Thomas Dam managing the place, you know it’s in good hands—he genuinely cares and stays on top of everything. The units here are sleek and modern, with integrated appliances and stylish granite countertops. The corner one-bedroom units (03) are especially nice, filled with windows and natural light. And if you’re in a three-bedroom, you’ll get stunning views of both the city and the lake. Plus, you don’t even need to worry about setting up the internet—it’s superfast and included with every unit. The amenities are top-notch, too. There’s a well-equipped gym, a sauna, and even a running track that wraps around the outside of the amenities area. It’s a great place for anyone looking for a well-rounded living experience in one of the city’s unique neighborhoods.
