    Condo seekers looking for an all-inclusive, low-key building away from the city centre, however, should be sure to check out the Toronto condos for sale at 180 Markham Road. The 16-storey building contains just 210 units, and yet there are plenty of amenities on site for residents to enjoy.

    Active types will love having a gym and indoor pool at their disposal, while a sweat in the building’s sauna is a great way to end a workout. The 180 Markham Condos also boasts a playground, a games room, a concierge, and visitor parking.

    The Suites

    Thanks to its more mature age, 180 Markham Rd contains suites that range from large to larger. While some new condos measure in at less than 300 square feet, these Scarborough condos start at around 850 and reach to 1,700 square feet at their largest. The building is also family-friendly, as homes in the building contain anywhere from one bedroom to three bedrooms plus a den.

    When the weather is particularly nice, residents can head down to the Scarborough Bluffs for some of the most incredible views in the city. Those seeking an adventure can walk the trails at Sylvan Park and Gates Gully, while Bluffer’s Park Beach is a great spot for swimming and sunbathing.

    Transportation

    Although 180 Markham Rd appears to be pretty far from the downtown core when consulting a map, residents have a couple of great options for reaching the city centre in a hurry. Those without cars of their own can take a quick bus ride over to the Eglinton GO Station, and from there Union Station takes just 25 minutes to reach via train. Alternatively, drivers can reach the Entertainment District in around 35 minutes by using the Don Valley Parkway.

    Buses travelling along Kingston Road, Eglinton, and Markham also come in handy for residents travelling around the immediate area. And last but not least, drivers heading east can use Kingston Road to reach the 401 in no time.
