    The towers contain 313 suites in total.     Moreover, the Humber Bay Parks connect to a long network of trails along the lakeshore. The E-Trail, for example, becomes the Martin Goodman Trail after crossing over the Humber Bay Arch Bridge, whose bike lanes and pedestrian paths follow the shoreline for 56 kilometers.

    Transportation

    88 Park Lawn sits between two stops for the 501 Streetcar. While this route takes riders from Mimico into the city quite efficiently, residents can also hop onto the 66 Bus to reach Old Mill Station, where they can transfer onto the Bloor-Danforth subway line.

    And for those who drive, the South Beach Condos are optimally located. Residents can either take Lakeshore Boulevard West or the Queensway to head into the city centre — the latter eventually merging with the popular Queen Street West. And when destinations are much farther away, an onramp for the Gardiner Expressway is accessible via Park Lawn or Lakeshore Boulevard West, when heading west or east, respectively.
