Jeff recalls searching for a home with his parents as a child. He wouldn't have known then that this first peek through the window of the Real Estate industry, seeing different homes with his parents, would later manifest into a successful career in Real Estate.
Jeff was born in China and speaks Mandarin, fluently. He has traveled extensively, living in many different locations, from San Diego to Vancouver, and Ottawa. The plethora of cultural and experiential activities in Toronto is what attracted Jeff to finally call Toronto his home.
After graduating from Rotman Commerce at the University of Toronto, specializing in Accounting and majoring in Economics, Jeff entered the world of E-Commerce for two years. However, he quickly realized that his desire to help people trumped the reality of a desk job, and chose to finally start his long-awaited career in Real Estate. He took with him, to his new career, wise advice from his father (a successful entrepreneur). The number one lesson in business? Hard work, hard work, hard work.
Jeff always advises his clients to find the right balance between the investment value of a property and how it would fit their lifestyle. This advice goes a long way as it parallels his approach to business: “my efforts go 100% toward supporting my clients in making an informed decision, rather than pushing a sale. Client satisfaction is always the objective, and a win-win for everyone.”
